About Us
MoMac Consulting Ltd. is owned and operated by Moe Coll and Don MacPherson who are two retired police officers with over 60 years of combined police experience and 11 years experience in consulting services for landlords and tenants.
Moe Coll
Moe Coll is President of MoMac Consulting Ltd. and MoMac Estate Services. Moe is a retired police officer with over 30 years experience in the fields of Operations and senior management. He is an associate member of the B.C Apartment Owners and Managers Association. Moe's community volunteerism includes being Past President of the West End Community Centre Association.
Don MacPherson
Don is a retired police officer with thirty years experience in the management, education, and investigative fields of policing. He is currently a Director of MoMac Consulting Ltd. and MoMac Estate Services and specializes in negotiations, mediation and arbitration under the Residential Tenancy Act. Don holds a Bachelor of General Studies Degree with a minor in Sociology from Simon Fraser University and has completed numerous courses from the B.C. Justice Institute in Conflict Resolution and Negotiations. He is a former board member of the Champlain Heights Community Center Association.
Tom Cork
Tom served over 30 years with the Vancouver Police Department. During his service he became experienced in all aspects of operational management and senior management.
Tom is currently a Manager with MoMac Estate Services and is the sole owner of JThomas Consulting.
Tom is a past president and director of Windsor Stables (Southlands BC) and a past Director of Western Washington Horseshow Association.
