Maintenance and Repairs
MoMac Estate Services also offers a team of bonded contractors and professionals to provide any necessary maintenance or repairs to the home at reasonable rates. Services ordered through us by the executor or trustee are charged directly to the estate.
Tasks include anything that has to be done to maintain the home and property prior to disbursement or sale including cleaning, grass cutting, minor repairs, painting and removing perishables.
