Moe Coll - President

Moe Coll, prior to retirement, served over 30 years with the Vancouver Police Department during which time he became experienced in the fields of operations and senior management. This experience has provided Moe with a broad understanding of Federal, Provincial and City of Vancouver laws and regulations.

Moe is currently the President of MoMac Consulting Ltd. and MoMac Estate Services.

Moe is active in his community and is a past President of the West End Community Centre Association and was chosen to receive a Volunteer of the Year Award for his community service.

Don MacPherson - Director

Don is a retired police officer with thirty years experience in the management, education, and investigative fields of policing.

He is currently a Director of MoMac Consulting Ltd. and MoMac Estate Services and specializes in negotiations, mediation and arbitration under the Residential Tenancy Act.

Don holds a Bachelor of General Studies Degree with a minor in Sociology from Simon Fraser University. He has numerous courses from the British Columbia Justice Institute in the area of Conflict Resolution and Negotiations.

He is a former board member of the Champlain Heights Community Center Association.

Tom Cork - Manager

Tom served over 30 years with the Vancouver Police Department. During his service he became experienced in all aspects of operational management and senior management.

Tom is currently a Manager with MoMac Estate Services and is the sole owner of JThomas Consulting.

Tom is a past president and director of Windsor Stables (Southlands BC) and a past Director of Western Washington Horseshow Association.
